David S. Timms, CPA/ABC, CVA, Director of Financial Analysis, has extensive business consulting experience in addition to experience with ESOP valuations and feasibility studies as well as valuations for estate, income tax/gift tax, buy-sell agreements, and family limited partnerships. Mr. Timms has the finance and deal analysis skills and experience required to provide value-added services to clients in any form of business acquisition or divestiture. As a consultant with Equity Strategies LLC, he provides transaction design, financial analysis and financing strategies related to ESOP and other equity ownership planning. Mr. Timms received his B.S. from the University of Virginia and his M.A. from Columbia International University.
