Paul Horn has been actively involved with employee benefits since beginning his career with IRS Chief Counsel in 1983. He then worked at major law firms in San Francisco and Washington, DC, before serving for ten years as Benefits Director for one of the country's largest 100% S Corp. ESOPs. He was President of The ESOP Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter for six years, and is on The ESOP Association Board of Governors and the NCEO Board of Directors. Mr. Horn received his B.A. from SUNY Binghamton , J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and his Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law School.
